Override project workflow settings

Hi,

I want my repporter to be able to change bug's status when the bug is in a special status (a status like : need more information).

So i went to Workflow Thresholds and Workflow Transitions to change acces level.
Of course the changes i made became blue as "All Project settings override default configuration." and it doesn't work. So even if say that my rapporter can change status, they didn't see this option in bug's view pages.

How can i apply the changes to my projects !?

Maybe i miss something simple, i've tried a web search but nothing...

After some try i understand that my question has nosense.

So i'll ask the question in an other way : I want my reporter to be able to change the status, only when the bug is in a special status. How could i do so?

I've resolved my probleme, in fact it was because of a confusion with the frensh translation.

In Manage -> Manage configuration -> Workflow transition : "Minimum acces level to change to this status"
Translate in frensh as : "Niveau d'accès minimal pour modifier cette phase" witch mean : "Minimum acces level to change this status (missing the TO between change and this)" Litle translation error that can create a lot's of problems.
