Adding a new resolution

Hi, I am using mantis version 1.2.4 and I would like to add another resolution into the combo box resolution when I update the status of the issue.
The new resolution will be called: "Integrated" and it will be used for the developers. It means that theirs changes have been uploaded to the team foundation.

Please, help me to do it and also I would like to know if I after added the new resolution, it will be ready to be used to filter issues into the page View Issues (view_all_bug_page.php)
