Anonymous Login wont work

I'd like to use Mantis as the Support Platform between me & my Projects and my Customers.

I want to link all the Users to the "view_all_bug_page.php" Site with an "Anonymous" User Login.
So i do all this (http://forums.mantisbt.org/viewtopic.php?t=1068) steps to grant the Anonymous Login but it wont work ...

Everytime i try to get on a Site it redirects me to the login page. Ok their's a link "Anonymous Login" so i click on it and ... nothing happens.

The message is thatsthe username and password is incorrect ... so what's wrong?! ;)
