Customize Priority field

Hi,
I want to Customize Priority field that is I want the following in the priority field

1 - Immediate 2 - Critical 3 - Normal, 4 - Not very important, 5 - hold 6 - Informational.

instead of none,low,normal etc.

Can anybody tell me what are the things i have to do for this?

I think lang/strings_yourlanguage.txt is the only file you want to edit.
