New section, collapse not working.

I added a section to store links to files (not attachments, just links). This is for automatic builds being able to check out dependencies.
The section works fine, all the crud functionality works.
My issue is that the collapse button doesn't. All it does is act like a normal link, refreshing the page rather than running the onclick event.
All the other collapse buttons work OK.
I'm using 1.1.8 and Firefox.
It's odd-the HTML looks ok...
Any thoughts?
