Filter Issues with no Open Children

My "Open and assigned to me" list is getting full of issues that I can't work on immediately as they have children that are still open - often ones assigned to other developers. Is there any way to create a filter of issues I can work on right now, e.g.

Where (Open) and (Assigned to me) and (No Open Children) Sort by (Priority)?

I realise you can filter for a specific relationship (e.g. "all children of 0000001") but is filtering based on the status of related bugs supported?

Okay, I have a plugin MyView where you can create the filter you want but not with the relationship. So I'll add it in the features list.
