Please Post Mantis Version When Asking for Help.

Postby thraxisp » Apr 27, 2005 10:32 am

Please post the mantis version you are using when asking for help.

For very old versions, older than 0.19.0, help may be sketchy. Upgrading to a newer version will probably help resolve the issue.

If possible, information for the server (version of php, web server, etc.) and client (browser) will also speed a response.
