hi,buddies,can you ever encounter it below,
when a developer or administrator edit a reported issue,after modifying the 'status' as ''feedback' or'confirmed' or 'acknowledged' ,and 'resolution' as'unable to reproduce' or ' not fixable' or 'won't fix' , then click the button'update information',it'll give a error #24.

You should take a look at your Workflow transition configuration.

Go to Administration > Manage Configuration > Workflow

There should be a table with your different statuses, just check those that can be related.
