How to setup Mantis BT for my team

Hi,
I'm new to this forum. I want to setup mantisBT for my team which comprises of around 15 people. I setup MantisBT on my machine on wampserver and created a user. But that user is not able to access mantisbt on his machine. How does that work. Please help on this and provide detailed steps to do so.

it says site can't be reached. is it because the server is in my machine? what things the user requires to access the server from his machine? any specific URL i could find?

So this is no MantisBT but a web server (WAMP) issue or maybe a configuration issue of the Windows firewall.

Thanks. One last question. Is any softwarerequired to be installed to login to mantisbt?

You need just a browser (Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Opera, Internet Explorer or Edge) to access MantisBT.
There is no need to install additional software.
