Modifying the status workflow options

Hi All;

I want to modify my workflow, mainly to add 2 new workflows/statuses:
waiting_on_customer
waitng_on_provider

I used this guide to start with:

I now have all the statuses I want, the only issue is if I set status to waiting on customer in the view issue screen and click the "change status to" button I have no header on the new comment window nor is there any text on the button to click, see screenshot:

What I expect to see is the title and button with text like if I choose resolve issue

Thoughts?

I assume there is something wrong with you custom_strings_inc.php
