Preview attachments always

I have just upgraded to Mantis version 2.1.0 and I would like to have the attachments to default to show the preview instead of the + icon on the View Issue (the single issue view) page.

I have read through these forums and done the following, and it is still not working:

1. I have set preview_attachments_inline_max_size to both 0 and 4000000 (my test attachments are .png files below 200K)
2. Set inline_file_exts to 'gif,png,jpg,jpeg,bmp'
3. Set preview_max_height to both 0 and 1200
4. Set preview_max_width to both 0 and 1200

I can click the + icon and the image shows just fine, but I want this to happen by default.

Any help would be appreciated.
