No email when creating a ticket

Hey,

i would like to get an email when i am creating a ticket. In configuration I set this option, but i don't get an email. For every other setup i get an email.
I apreciate any help, thanks.

Which option did you set? How did you set the option?

i found out that the owner of a ticket does not get an email for his own ticket when he creates it.
Thats fine. Thankyou.
we can close this ticket.
