Hello,

Recently i moved some resolved issue from one project to another. I noted that the date/filed of LAST UPDATED is the date 07/12/2016 ( the day i moved the issue)

This actually is a problem during the reports, because the resolution time of one issue is wrong

Is there any way to reset the last updated ?

There is no way to change it in user interface.
You would have to change column last_updated of database table mantis_bug_table.
