Upgrading from 1.1.8 to 1.3.2

Hello,

We are in the processes of upgrading from Mantis 1.1.8 to 1.3.2. Everything is working well and there are several new plugins available that will be very handy.

However, there is some functionality in our 1.1.8 version that we do not remember if it was a plugin or just custom code found in the forums. We are having difficulty tracking down the original posts that we used and therefore haven't been able to migrate this functionality to our 1.3.2 install.

The functionality we are looking for is:

1. On the view issues list we had a tooltip that would display the issue description when you hovered over the Summary.
2. On the view issues list we had additional group actions for assigning selected issues a parent or related to issue.

Can anyone point us on how to implement these two changes on a 1.3.2 install?
