bug_report_page.php generates too many redirects

If you have multiple Projects and you are in the My View Page selected with All Projects as view and then want to generate a new entry you will get the too many redirect error by chrome and firefox.

I think there is a redirection loop in the bug_report_page.php when All Projects is selected. If you select a specific Project this error does not occur.

Has anyone else the same error? OR is it just me

Do you use version 1.3.0 or 1.3.1?
If so, this might be your issue https://www.mantisbt.org/bugs/view.php?id=21157
It will be fixed in 1.3.2.

I use 1.3.1. Latest Release-Version. Thx for your help, that issue looks just like mine, I already searched for it but idk i could not find.
