Rights on Severity field in order to choose who modify it ?

I want to be able to fill the "Severity" field but I don't want company that makes development for us do modify it.
For instance, if we choose "majeur", I don't wan't the project leader modify it as "mineur".

Is it possible to configure it ? How ?

There is no "Impact" field in standard Mantis. Is this a custom field?

There is no configuration option for it.
You would have to write a plugin or change source to get what you want.
