Cannot log in!

As an administrator for our account, Mantis is not letting me log in - apparently wrong username/password, or my account is blocked. After trying to reset password (Lost your password) it reports saying my username/email address is not recognized! Is this a Mantis issue or do I need to get another administrator to reset my account?

Yes, I did, and I was able to access my account. Still not too sure what caused it to be inaccessible.

This has happened again!

The lost password functionality does not work either, as it is claiming I am not a recognised user even though I am entering the correct username and email address.

OK, this is my bad. I have been going to the main MantisBT website rather than the one specific for work. I am able to log in.
