Hello mantis world,
I do have a problem after updating from 1.2.19: https://mantisbt.org/bugs/view.php?id=21404
It seems only one user has that problem, the other users don't and newly registered users also do not have this problem.
Do you know any workaround beside deleting that user and create a new one?

Re: Filter problem
Try if the user is able to open page query_view_page.php
If so, is there any stored filter?
If so, delete one filter, check if the problem persists, if so go on deleting filters.
Are there no stored filters listed?
Find the user_id of the user (database table mantis_user_table)
Delete all entries having this user_id from database table mantis_filter_table

Hah, great, thanks for your reply: Going on query_view_page.php worked and it solved the problem. Now I do not get that error anymore.
(And to answer your other question: There were no saved filtes.)
