Not sending emails without cron after upgrade to 1.3.0

Hello

I had a 1.2.19 installation sending emails as soon as a ticket was created (or updated) using SMTP mode.

After upgraded to 1.3.0 there are no more emails about events, but if i run php ./scripts/send_emails.php then all are sent.

Of course, i do not have setting ON in $g_email_send_using_cronjob, but even tried $g_email_send_using_cronjob = OFF; in config_inc.php only by "just in case".

I can set the cron job, but i'm curious what may be the problem.

Any one knows? Must open a bug?
