Error Schema step 193 - Upgrading 1.2.19 to 1.3.0

Hello

Yesterday I tried to upgrade mu 1.2.19 installation to 1.3.0 and when updating the database it stops with the error (my 1.2.19 database schema version is 183):

Schema step 193: UpdateFunction ( check_config_serialization ) - BAD

Searched for this and only found this bug https://www.mantisbt.org/bugs/view.php?id=19267 and it is closed, but i got this error.

Do any one how to solve? If you need additional info, please ask it and i'll update it here.
