Help arranging main page

Hello, I've look all over and cannot seem to find what I'm looking for. I'm a contributor on a mantis platform and I want to try and replicate some of its settings for another project, but I don't have access to the configuration or contact with the admin.

As you can see in the snippet above, there are 4 stages that cover every issue logged. There are also what I assume are custom buttons on each stage, Accept/Reject to either move the bug to s2 or close it, Start/Revoke to move to s3/back to s1, Reject/Accept (don't) actually move the bug but more act as a vote system - not really important and Retry/Finish to move it to s4/back to s2.

If anyone could give me any pointers as to which direction to go to replicate this, I'd be immensely grateful!

I'm using mantis version 1.2.19

The screen shots do no look like Mantis.
Maybe this is a plugin or a complete own development.
Why can't you contact the administrator and ask him?

Hi, have already done so, it is 100% mantis. v 1.2.4

The Admin has been pretty inactive in the community, I don't hold out much hope of getting a response

You have to write a plugin if you want this functionality in Mantis.
