Hi All,
My email does work, but I want it to email all monitors of a ticket when a note is added.
I have it set properly on manage configuration -> email notification for both the project and globally as shown. but it won't do it!
Customize Email Subject 0.1.2 is a plug-in installed, but I don't think it would affect anything. Anyone have a good place to start?
