Upgrade

Hi
I am using Mantis with the following combination,
Mantis 2.0.6[^] Copyright © 2000 - 2006 Mantis Group
DB :-PlSQL 6.0.6.x.x version
OS:- Windows server 2003.

and need to upgrade to latest version of MantisBT on OS Windows server 2012 with latest PLSQL. along with I need to carry my old data to the latest version. please let me know what precautions and steps I need to follow, apart from the regular steps.

Certainly not the right version. I assume you mean 1.0.6
