Resolving HASH names of Uploaded Files to Real Names

I understand the reason behind creating an MD5 hash for the names of the files uploaded into the database. Is there a way or a table somewhere that shows the relationship between those HASHed names and the original file names in the DB. When doing backups I need to create a seperate backup of my uploaded files and would like a way to know what they are if I ever need to retrieve a file quickly due to a catastrophic loss of my DB. Any Suggestions?
