Select all checkboxes with one checkbox in custom field

I have created one custom field with check boxes and want to add check box of "select all " option with check/unchecked all check boxes at once . How to do that ?

There is no configuration option for it.
You can write a plugin that uses JavaScript to generate the checkbox.
