403 Forbidden

Hi guys,

Would like to ask if you encounter this kind of problem. I am getting a 403 forbidden when i add a note on existing bug.

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /bugnote_add.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I am getting this issue when there is a word on the note "having".

I dont know if ths in on my end and i am the only one getting this kind of issue

Thanks in advane to those guys who could give me a help on this issue.

To be sure I understand right:
You add a note with nothing more than the word "having" in it and you get the problem?
You don't get the problem with any other text?
