I am testing a local installation of Mantis, but it seems that I can't report an issue. Clicking "Report issue" leads me to a page where I am supposed to choose a project from a drop down list - only this is empty.
What I have done up to now is:
1) Create a user (administrator)
2) loged in as this user
3) Create a project "test".
Have been reading the documentation - but it seems that I can't narrow in what I am missing in order to report issues.
Are there any "quick launch" howto somewhere, or can someone tell me what I am missing?
Thanks, Lars.

Re: Cant report issue
I was not able to reproduce your problem with a fresh install of the latest stable MantisBT release (1.2.19 at the moment).
Did you install 1.2.19 or an older version?
If you are using 1.2.19, provide detailed step-by-step instructions to reproduce the issue; the following additional information may also be useful:
- Exact version ofPHP, Database, Web server, Browser and Operating System
- Relevant customizations (e.g. changes in config_inc.php, etc)
- Installed plugins or custom functions ?
- Was the MantisBT source code modified in any way ?

But I discovered the issue. It was my own fault.
I created a category and not a project.
After creating a project, everything works as expected, at Mantis looks pretty neat!
Thanks, Lars.
