Installation Problem

Hello,

I receive the following errors when attempting to install MantisBT (1.2.19):

• Attempting to connect to database as user - POSSIBLE PROBLEM Database user doesn't have access to the database ( )
• Checking Database Server Version Running mysql version - BAD MySQL 4.1.0 or later is required for installation.

DB = mySQL
Windows 7

I am using the root username and password that has full access. It is a pre-existing database that was recovered. I have full access to it and able to perform any task.

I figured this out by removing the PHP code in the install.php that looks for the mySQL version starting at line 352.
