With Google Chrome i put the URL appears a security window, or appears a message that says the web isn't available, so how can i do to login without appears that message in that moment and in the future?

MantisBT runs with IE, FF and Chrome.
I don't get any error when trying https://www.mantisbt.org/bugs/ when using Chrome (tried latest version 46.0.2490.71).
