I have Mantis configured so that whenever a ticket is edited then an email is sent out to who it assigned to and who owns the ticket. However, I only want configure emails so that they are sent out if and only if the severity of a ticket is urgent. What do you suggest? Which file will help me accomplish this?
Note: I have specified that email notifications should only happen if the severity of a ticket is equal to urgent via the GUI. However, the email notifications ignored the GUI settings and continued to send out email notifications.
