How to change issue ID

Hi Sir,
I installed Mantis recently. However, I dislike default issue ID arrangement as 1,2,3,4,5...,etc.
Would it possible that I can modify as random numbers or to be time representation.
For example 201509011010 (2015/9/1 10:10)

I am quite sure you would like to see the same for the ID's of bug notes.

There is no configuration option for it, thus you would have to change source code.
