Hi all,
I would like to ask you regarding Add User to Project function when managing the user, what's the purpose of this function actually?
Because i have 2 project, let say ProjA & ProjB, then i assign user_01 only to ProjA as reporter
But when i login as user_01, i still can report issue for ProjB
Did i make some miss-configuration, any help will be appreciated

Check your project settings.
You will see that projects can be set to public (I assume your projects are public) and they can be set to private.
Users have a global role which is used per default for public projects, or you can assign them with a project specific role.
E.g. the default role of a user is "reporter" in ProjA, but you want him to be a "manager" in ProjB.
Private projects can only be seen by users that are assigned to the project.
