Please help me, after mantis upgrade not display color

Dear ALL,
After upgrade mantis 1.2.17 -> 1.3.0.rc1, Can not display color status page and all page.
I don't understand why this happened.
I'm looking for solutions.
Please help me, and attach the picture.

There is no official 1.3.0.rc1, just a beta2 and nightly builds https://www.mantisbt.org/download.php

I recommend that you go back to 1.2.x if this is your production environment.
The latest development release is intended for evaluation and testing purposes. It is not recommended for production use, unless you are comfortable with PHP and able to troubleshoot issues that may arise.
