Dear Mantis,
I am looking into utilizing the use of TAGs on issues.
In View Issues page, I have tried to attach tags via "Attach Tags" action and was able to filter them accordingly via "Tags" filter.
In Manage Tags (admin access), I can update or delete it.
My problem is I couldn't visually see any of the attached tags when opening an issue.
Except that it is indicated that a "tag" has been attached in "Issue History" section, I have not seen the tag anywhere on an issue page.
What could have I possibly missed?
Please help.
Thank you!

As an example have a look at https://www.mantisbt.org/bugs/view.php?id=9589
Do you see the tags Innodb, install, MySQL below description?

Re: Unable to locate attached tag on an issue page
Yes, I can for the example you gave but not on any of my issue page.
Can "Tags" field can be enabled/disabled/controlled somewhere?

Re: Unable to locate attached tag on an issue page
Yes, there is a setting $g_tag_view_threshold.MBT_novaa wrote:Can "Tags" field can be enabled/disabled/controlled somewhere?
The default setting for it is VIEWER, which means that all users can see the tags.
Re: Unable to locate attached tag on an issue page
So I was able to confirm that $g_tag_view_threshold = VIEWER in config_defaults_inc.php.
Honestly I found out that it is my mistake. For some reason, I missed to include 'tags' in both $g_bug_view_page_ fields = array {...} and $g_bug_update_page_ fields = array {...}.
Thanks atrol for providing answers, as you always do...
