Hi,
I have set-up about 5 Developer accounts, for some reason data for Dev 2 doesn't appear in "Summary" section.
It is already confirmed in Manage Users that Dev 2 and 3 has exactly the same setup.
What could be the possible reason why Dev 2 is unaccounted?
Please advise.

I got it, Dev 2 has no assigned item.
We have this policy in our bug tracking that "the person who reported the bug is the right person to closed it".
For this reason, it's possible for a Dev to be unaccounted in Summary.
I wanted to create a summary section that counts the number of times a dev fixed an item. That is, the developer updated "Resolution" field of bug to 'fixed'.
Is this possible? Please help.
