UPgrade godaddy account

Godaddy has a baseline install of 1.2.15...and I'm running 1.2.2. I'd like to upgrade to 1.2.15 or 1.2.29 but I'm running into issues.

They have an auto installer but no auto-upgrader. Literally a few clicks to get to a working install...however I am not able to run upgrade scripts that update that database (Install script won't start because it can't modify the schema). I sat on hold twice for 30 minutes ... argh.

Has anyone figured out how to run the upgrade script against a live godaddy mantis install?

You don't have to run any upgrade script to change the database schema as there are no database schema changes between 1.2.2 and 1.2.15 (and also not for current latest stable 1.2.19)
