Hello,
when i assign a ticket to someone, he wont get an e-mail message. this issue append few months ago. If i make a new ticket etc i will get e-mail alert.
So the email function is working well but only if i assign a ticket to someone than the e-mail function wont work.
i changed the settings in e-mail setup but unfortunately it didnt helped.
