Which formatting options can be used in edit windows?

When I add a new bug or a new reaction I can type the text in the edit window. But, what formatting options are available?

So far, I found these to be legal:

<b>
<i>
<u>

I couldn't find the formatting options in the manual. Can someone point me to the correct page/resource?
