I want to know if Mantis 1.1.2 is compatible with IE11 and with Firefox ? Actually, I'm using IE8.

Quite outdated (has been released in June 2008) and has a lot of known security issues.
I don't expect problems using IE11, especially as IE11 provides some backward functionality.
But I never tried myself.
Don't expect any help or bug fixes if there is a problem with it.
I recommend to upgrade your installation to latest stable version (1.2.19 at the moment)
