Cant log into account or hub

Hi,
I recently created a new account. I am unable to log into the accounts side or the hub side. I submit the 'forgot password' form with my email and never get an email (I sucessfully got an email from the forum account activation though). I have checked our email filter and never see anything in it or my junk mail box.

I have tried to recreate my account but of course my email is already in use.

When I signed up I went ahead and added my credit card as we would actually like to go ahead with mantis and not just do the demo. Is there a support phone number I can call for that? I cant seem to find it.

I could have caused an issue immediately after creating my account by changing my domain...I dont know if that helps. Although the menu said the domain change was successful the change never went thru and my old domain link to the hub still works...but like i said i cant log in anyways.
