Auto assign issue on reopen

Dear Mantis cummunity,

Does anybody know if the Mantis 1.2.17, can auto assign issues to the user specified for a specific category?
I know it works for new issues, however we would also reopen issues to go to our dispatcher.

Thanks for any ideas comments on this issue
