How to undo changes

Hi,
I was adding/deleting sub projects and I didn't realize that deletes all bugs logged under those. Now I have lost about 50 bugs and I need to recover them. No I haven't taken a backup and don't know how to do it.
Is there any way to recover the deleted issues??

There is no way to recover deleted issues without having a database backup or a system backup.
