Hi i am installing Mantis Version 1.2.17 onto webserver (hosted on bluehost) through Mojo one-click install. However, I got an error message shown below:

Unfortunately something went wrong. While attempting to step through the normal user procedures required to complete your request something went wrong. This typically means we ran in to an unforeseen event in the process which caused the process to fail in order to avoid delivering an incomplete or damaged application post process.

I'vet tried couple times but still got the same error. Can anybody help me? Thanks.

Not sure, but I think you will hardly get help for this issue in this forum.
The problem is not a MantisBT issue but bluehost and/or Mojo.
Maybe posting to their forums is a better place for it.
I recommend to install MantisBT the way we describe at http://www.mantisbt.org/docs/master-1.2 ... IN.INSTALL
At least I recommend it if you have some knowledge about webservers and databases.
