mysq pass to postgres

I have Mantis installed and running on a mysql database, but I have to migrate to postgres, all tables are already working, but I failed to import the table "mantis_bug_file_table" but it takes the files and generates an error, anyone know how I can import it ?

had a compatibility problem solved but some libraries enabling in php.ini, I still have problems because I have a table heavy that I could not charge the postgress
