Attachments don't work after moving mantis to new server

Hello

I have moved mantis on a new server, windows server 2003 SP1,

Mantis version: version 1.2.10.4 , costumized

The problem is that I can't opend the attachemnts, wich are stored in the database

When I try to open one i get the error from the attachment.

Can you please help me!

Mantis version: version 1.2.10.4 , costumized

1.2.10.4? There is no official release with this version number. Do you mean 1.2.10?
What does "customized" mean?

I have moved mantis on a new server

What is exactly meant with "moved"? You should explain step by step what you did.

Do you get the issue only with old attachments or also when adding new attachments?
