Why reporter and updater can't be shown in "Assigned To"

Hello everyone!
The accounts in my MantisBT system is,

Robin is reporter,Kevin is updater,Rocky is developer.
The workflow is,
Robin(reporter) reports an issue -> Kevin(updater) assigns it to Rocky(developer) -> Rocky(developer) admits that it is a bug and changes the status to "Confirmed" -> Rocky(developer) fixes the bug,changes the status to "Resolved" and wants to assign it back to Robin(reporter) to verify.
But Robin(reporter) and Kevin(updater) aren't shown in the "Assigned To" drop-down list.

So my question is how Rocky(developer) can assign it to Robin(reporter)?Thank you very much!

Goto page Manage > Manage Configuration > Workflow Thresholds
Enable checkboxes for reporter and updater in row "Handle an issue"

Allthough yopu can do it this way, it is better to use the various Statusses for this.
For example, move the issue into Feedback and ask for verification.
This way control stays with the developer.
