APPLICATION WARNING #811: User with id "0" not found.

I came to know of Mantis Bug Tracker Recently.
I tried installed it in my local PC as well as web server using MSSQL as database.
But error comes in login page :
APPLICATION WARNING #811: User with id "0" not found.

And when I try to login Error message comes:

Your account may be disabled or blocked or the username/password you entered is incorrect.

I want to complete the installation with a day or two...

I have de same problem with the version 1.2.15

Hi, I have the exact same problem.

Fresh install on Windows 2008 R2 Server with SQL Server 2008

Have been though everything I can find with no joy.

Looked in the database and there is no user with id 0, admin is the only account with id 1.
