How to let PM recive a mail when a reporter submit a bug?

How to let PM recive a mail when a reporter submit a bug?

Hello everyone!
My question is as bellow,
Mary is a reporter,Robinson is a developer,Kevin is a manager.They are all in a same project.Robinson can get an E-Mail notification when Mary report an issue to him,but Kevin can't.I want to let Kevin,the manager of this project also get an E-Mail.How to configure?Thank you very much!

Goto gape Manage > Manage Configuration > E-mail Notifications
Enable checkbox in row "Status changes to 'new'" column "Manager"
Be aware that all managers of the selected project will get this mail, not just Kevin.
