How to see the post of another user?

Hello,

I have 4 managers in 2 groups/

For manager A and B I have created 5 projects
For manager C and D I have created 5 projects.

Manager A and B cannot see the projects of managers C and D and vice versa.

But

When manager A or B assign a project to manager C or D, then C or D can see the project.

The problem is "C OR D" how can I have "C AND D" ?

I would like to have both manager C AND D to see any project that have been assigned to each, this way any of them can reply to A OR B.

Any idea how to do this please?
