View issues of only released versions

Hello,

I am using MantisBT 1.2.3.

Let me explain my confiration first. My projects are configured like that :
- Some global projects at first level : PRJ_1, PRJ_2
- Some subprojects where issues are reported : PRJ_1a and PRJ_1b for PRJ1, PRJ_2a and PRJ2b for PRJ2...

All project are in release status, and all projects have several versions :
- some obsolete
- some released, let's say v2 for PRJ1a and v2,v3 for PRJ_1b
- some not released yet

I would like to view only issues that are in a version of released status of a project.
Which means here for example, all issues of versions v2 and v3 for PRJ_1b.

And the best would be to work at upper level PRJ1, so all issues from PRJ_1a v2, PRJ_1b v2 and v3 would be displayed.

Is possible to do that ?
With default application ? With customization ?
